2. LATITUD34.BA AS AN ONLINE AGENCY AND INBOUND TOUR OPERATOR
LATITUD34.BA operates primarily via digital channels and may act, depending on the nature of each service, as:
a) Intermediary: when marketing a service provided directly by a third-party supplier.
b) Organizer: when bundling different tourist services into a single proposal or travel package.

d) Coordinator: when participating in the organization and logistics of specific inbound services.
The capacity in which LATITUD34.BA operates may vary depending on the booking and will be stated where applicable.
When a service is provided directly by a third-party supplier, said supplier is responsible for the actual performance of the service under their respective terms and conditions.
3. SERVICE PROVIDERS
LATITUD34.BA partners with hotels, transport companies, professional drivers, tour operators, restaurants, entertainment venues, airlines, rural ranches, and other third-party providers.
Each provider may establish specific rules regarding:
- Schedules and pickup times.
- Availability and quotas.
- Vehicle and venue capacity.
- Cancellations.
- Refunds.
- Modifications.
- Admission and entrance requirements.
- Minimum age requirements.
- Safety standards.
- Weather contingencies.
- Luggage allowances.
- Required documentation.
- Other conditions specific to each activity.
Where applicable, these terms will be communicated to the passenger prior to confirming the booking.
4. RESERVATIONS AND CONFIRMATION
Inquiries and quotes provided by LATITUD34.BA do not in themselves constitute a confirmed reservation.
A reservation is deemed confirmed only when:
- The passenger has explicitly accepted the quote and terms.
- LATITUD34.BA has received the required payment or deposit.
- The third-party provider has validated availability, where applicable.
- An official voucher, confirmation receipt, or service voucher has been issued.
Until these requirements are fulfilled, rates and availability remain subject to change.
Confirmation will be transmitted via email, WhatsApp, or the preferred contact channel provided by the passenger.
5. QUOTES AND PRICE VALIDITY
Rates quoted by LATITUD34.BA correspond to prices in effect at the moment of quoting.
Quotes may have limited validity, particularly when dependent on limited quotas, dynamic pricing, seasonal demand, special events, shows, or third-party provider tariffs.
A quoted rate does not guarantee that availability or price is held until formal payment or confirmation occurs.
Once a service is confirmed and paid, agreed economic terms will be honored, unless additional fees are explicitly mandated under specific circumstances.
6. CURRENCIES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Prices may be quoted in United States Dollars (USD), Argentine Pesos (ARS), Brazilian Reais (BRL), or other currencies depending on the service and provider.
Passengers must pay the agreed amount using the payment methods authorized at the time of booking.
LATITUD34.BA may accept, among others:
- Bank wire transfers.
- Electronic and mobile payments.
- Credit and debit cards.
- Cash.
- Other authorized gateways.
Any booking requiring advance payment is not confirmed until the funds have cleared and been verified.
Bank fees, credit card surcharges, financial processing costs, or foreign exchange taxes imposed by financial institutions may be passed onto the customer when notified in advance.
7. TRANSFER SERVICES
Transfer services may be private or shared and are governed by the specifications set forth in each reservation.
To ensure accurate service coordination, the passenger must provide correct information, including:
- Lead passenger full name.
- Number of travelers.
- Service date and pickup time.
- Airline and flight number.
- Airport of origin / arrival.
- Hotel or destination address.
- Active contact telephone / WhatsApp.
- Luggage quantity and size specifications.
The passenger must be present and available at the designated pickup point and time.
In the event of flight delays or schedule alterations, the passenger must notify LATITUD34.BA as promptly as possible.
When flight details are correctly supplied in advance, LATITUD34.BA will monitor the flight status within the scope of the contracted service.
8. WAITING TIME AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Each transfer service includes a predetermined complimentary waiting time depending on whether it is an airport arrival or hotel departure.
Once the waiting period expires without the passenger arriving or establishing contact, the service may be declared a No-Show.
In such circumstances, the service is deemed rendered in full, and no refund will be issued unless otherwise stated in the specific service policy.
The passenger is responsible for maintaining an active mobile phone connection with internet or roaming throughout the service window.
9. EXCURSIONS AND TOURS
Excursions and guided activities are conducted according to the itinerary announced at the time of purchase.
Schedules, routes, and visit points may be modified due to operational requirements, weather conditions, traffic conditions, civic demonstrations, security concerns, or decisions by local authorities or suppliers.
Where necessary, the order of itinerary stops may be altered without substantially altering the core value of the experience.
Scheduled pickup times are approximate as they are subject to city traffic flow and hotel route logistics.
10. TANGO SHOWS, DINNERS AND PERFORMANCES
Reservations for dinner tango shows, theater performances, and live entertainment are subject to house rules and seat availability.
Once confirmed, ticket cancellations and changes follow the strict policies established by each venue.
For services with limited capacity, named tickets, promotional pricing, or guaranteed seating, non-refundable or non-changeable conditions frequently apply.
Menu selections, seating tiers, timing, and show format are those confirmed at the time of booking.
11. PACKAGES AND COMBINED EXPERIENCES
When LATITUD34.BA offers packages comprising multiple activities, each component remains governed by its respective terms.
Included items are exclusively those detailed on the confirmation voucher.
Voluntary non-use of any package component by the passenger does not entitle the passenger to a partial or pro-rata refund.
Should weather or force majeure cancel one component of a package, rescheduling will be prioritized, or terms communicated at booking will apply.
12. ACCOMMODATION
When lodging is booked through LATITUD34.BA, hotel policies apply as indicated in the confirmation voucher.
Lodging establishments may require upon check-in:
- Valid national ID or passport.
- Credit card for incidentals.
- Security deposit.
City taxes, resort fees, parking, minibar expenses, and tips not explicitly included in the voucher are the sole responsibility of the guest.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to hotel availability and may carry surcharges.
13. CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
Any modification request must be submitted directly through LATITUD34.BA official communication channels.
Modifications depend strictly on provider availability and policy acceptance.
Changes may incur:
- Fare differences.
- Provider penalty fees.
- Administrative and processing fees.
- Tax adjustments.
LATITUD34.BA cannot guarantee modifications if the provider's rules prohibit changes.
14. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation terms vary according to the service booked.
Before confirming a reservation, passengers must review the specific cancellation deadlines applicable to their chosen experience.
Services may be:
- Free cancellation within stated notice periods.
- Subject to tiered cancellation penalties.
- Partially refundable.
- Non-refundable.
- Non-changeable.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via official LATITUD34.BA channels. The timestamp of receipt determines applicable cancellation tiers.
15. REFUNDS
When a refund is approved, it remains subject to authorization by the underlying service provider.
LATITUD34.BA will process refunds within the scope of its intermediation role.
The timeframe for funds to reflect in the traveler's account depends on financial institutions, international card networks, and payment processors.
Administrative coordination fees already incurred by LATITUD34.BA may be non-refundable where disclosed beforehand.
16. UNUSED SERVICES
Total or partial failure to utilize a booked service due to passenger choice, late arrival, missed departure, lack of travel documents, entry denial, or personal circumstances does not entitle the passenger to a refund.
Under such circumstances, provider No-Show policies will be enforced.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
LATITUD34.BA is not liable for failures or delays caused by unforeseeable or inevitable events beyond reasonable control.
These include, but are not limited to:
- Extreme weather events and storms.
- Flooding, earthquakes, or natural disasters.
- Roadblocks, highway closures, and civil protests.
- Labor strikes and industrial disputes.
- Government regulations and border restrictions.

- Airline delays, diversions, or flight cancellations.
In such circumstances, LATITUD34.BA will assist the traveler to the best of its ability and manage alternatives under provider rules.
18. FLIGHT DELAYS AND RESCHEDULING
Airport transfer logistics rely strictly on information provided by the passenger.
When delays, airline cancellations, or diverted flights occur, LATITUD34.BA will endeavor to adapt pickup schedules whenever operational constraints allow.
Additional expenses resulting from drastic schedule shifts, extra transfers, or prolonged chauffeur waiting periods beyond standard limits may be billed if not included in the original fare.
19. LUGGAGE AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS

22. OPERATIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
For reasons of safety, logistics, road conditions, or unexpected closures, LATITUD34.BA or its suppliers may alter timetables, routes, or meeting points.
Passengers will be notified in advance whenever feasible.
Such adjustments do not constitute breach of contract and do not entitle the customer to compensation when necessary to safeguard service quality and passenger safety.
23. ACCURACY OF DIGITAL INFORMATION
LATITUD34.BA makes continuous efforts to ensure website descriptions and images are accurate and updated.
